Join us on a sunrise flight over Orlando’s beautiful, natural landscape for an experience you will never forget.
Fly over Florida forest, swamp and orange groves while the sun rises and a new day breaks.
And to celebrate the experience, participate in a traditional champagne toast that dates back to man’s first flight in 1783 France.
Orlando Balloon Rides flies seven days a week, 365 days a year, weather permitting. Passengers meet one hour before sunrise and after a quick weather brief, are shuttled to a launch site where the crew unloads and prepares the balloons for flight. With the help of a few volunteers, the balloons are airborne and on their way.
Upon landing, a champagne toast is held at the landing site to celebrate the adventure. Passengers frequently use the drive back, as an opportunity to excitedly call family and view photos of the flight. And once they arrive, are greeted by breakfast to wrap up their morning.
Flights are approximately one hour, varying in altitude from treetops to several thousand feet. Throughout the flight, you’ll witness orange groves, cypress forests, sparkling lakes and even a glimpse of Orlando’s most popular view, Disney. It’s also not uncommon to view local wildlife from the balloon, as you drift effortlessly in the morning breeze.
Orlando Balloon Rides is fully licensed and insured. Pilots are FAA certified, highly experienced and are full time professionals.
Allow Orlando Balloon Rides to be a part of this once-in-a-lifetime experience. It would be our honor and privilege to share our passion for flight with you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. Where do the flights take place?
Our flights are in the Disney area. They can take place anywhere from Disney to Highway 192 and Highway 27 depending on wind direction.
2. How long is the flight?
Most flights are about an hour. However they can be as short as 45 minutes or as long as 1 hour and 45 minutes. It just depends on weather conditions and landing sites.
3. What should I wear?
Dress like you were going on a hike in the woods. NO OPENED TOED SHOES. It is not any cooler in the balloon than it is on the ground so we suggest dressing for that particular day’s weather.
4. What can I bring along?
Feel free to bring along a camera or camcorder to record this once in a lifetime experience.
5. How high do we go?
We can go anywhere from treetops to several thousand feet. It depends on wind speed and direction.

No. As the balloon moves with the wind, there is none of this sensation. A balloon flight is so calm, it is possible to set a glass of water on a table in a balloon and not spill a drop.
7. Are there any restrictions as to whom can fly?
